Dr. Saha’s vast knowledge and education especially in the field of Patentary Invention is due to his prolonged influential research and thesis which has been published in various International journals. Needless to mention, Dr. Saha’s work during his Doctorate years has got its place in the journal of the Royal Society of Chemistry and the reference of his efforts and toil has been also published in the text book of INORGANIC CHEMISTRY BY F.A. COTTON and GEOFREY WILKINSON, both Nobel laureates in the concerned field. This was just the beginning of his vast journey as he moved on to acquire a degree of law from Calcutta University itself. From a very young age, he attained the capability to understand the intricacies of the various laws under Intellectual Property and under the supervision of the legendary themselves, his grandfather and father, who had sown the seeds of the prestigious firm. The quasi-judicial nature of intellectual property law has always been neglected, even though its1 importance and complexity in the lives of common people has never been attempted to be explored by even noted law firms. Dr. Saha has endeared to blast such myths and his intricate knowledge and wisdom has made him to be a worthy man in shaping the history of Intellectual Property Rights itself.
