The Journey of Trade Mark Registration Bureau started in the year 1941, and continue till date without any break. The Law Firm is totally dedicated to Intellectual and Industrial Property related matters, rendering its services from the ground level work to the litigations at Apex Forum. It gives us immense pleasure and satisfaction that due to confidence imposed upon our firm. We have on the verge of celebrating 75 years of our glorious achievements. Our firm, being a full fledged law firm in the IPR field has been undertaking all branches and all types cases, in all the jurisdictions throughout India and abroad. We are one of the oldest and leading law firms in India in its field and enjoy unstained reputation. The time, when the concept of Intellectual Property Rights, was not emerged, and the matters were dealt segments-wise in {Patent, Trade Mark, Design and Copyright, we entered in the arena, and we restricted out field of activities in the field, which very few people, lawyers and law firm could ever dreamt of. As we moved on, a number of legal professionals and law firms have started its operation, but our vast experience in handling difficult cases makes us apart from the other. The confidence imposed upon us, by our client would be evident that some of the reputed business houses, are associated with us for 40 to 50 years, and in some cases for 70 years. Quality of service is our moto, and we remain attached to our said commitment in the years to come. Now, it is time for us to celebrate 75 years of fulfillment, satisfaction and most importantly the service rendered to over 10,000 clients.
